Deep SEEDs has performed at Seattle Art Museum  Elles: Women Artists of Pompidou, and Capital Hill's 12th Ave Street Fair

The Mission
To mentor young women in order to create healthy and strong individuals who are socially and fiscally responsible to themselves and their community. This is accomplished through the vehicle of dance, specifically American Tribal Style (ATS) dance, talking circles, journal writing and presentations.

The Program
The program accepts 25 teen girls (13 to 18 years old) in the Seattle community for one academic year of after-school classes, 1 1/2 hours each, two times per week. Entrance into the program does not depend on demonstrated talent, standard beauty, or ability to pay the fees.
